14-Day Free Returns

We want you to love your PatchStar patches. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Email us at quotesautomation1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
  • Product appearance differing from the listing image. Product packaging and presentation may vary per order due to supplier fulfillment. Receiving a product that does not look exactly like the listing image — including differences in box design, label, or packaging style — is not grounds for a return or refund. The product inside is identical in quality and function.
  • Issues arising from incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at quotesautomation1@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
